Black Hills Energy, natural gas service provider to Dodge City, announced on Wednesday its operations manager for southwest Kansas and the new operations supervisor for the Dodge City area.

Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. announced Tuesday that effective Feb. 10, 2011, service from Dodge City Regional Airport to Kansas City will be discontinued. Daily flights will continue to operate into Denver International Airport.
