DODGE CITY —

Mary Jane Esquibel, who was born, raised, educated, married and raised her own family in Dodge City, has contributed 47 years of selfless service to the health care industry.  She is now hanging up her tourniquet and starting a new phase in her life with a move to a new home in Arlington, Texas, with her husband of 40 years, Jr.
Mary Jane began her career in caregiving at St. Anthony's Hospital in 1961 as a CNA until it closed in 1971.  She continued her service at Trinity Hospital until it closed in 1976 and moved with the hospital on North Avenue A, where she was trained as a phlebotomist. After being with the hospital for over 30 years, she decided in 2001 to join the team at the Dodge City Medical Center where her previous boss, Don Conway, had gone. He was instrumental in her career change from CNA to phlebotomist while they were employed at Humana.  She remained at the Dodge City Medical Center until her retirement this month.
Please join us as we celebrate with a come-and-go reception from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the VFW, Dodge City.
