JAG Construction plans to switch traffic onto the new pavement on Wyatt Earp Boulevard on Friday, depending on weather conditions.
If the traffic is not switched on Friday, it will take place on the next favorable day. While the transition takes place, traffic on Wyatt Earp may be on both the new pavement and existing pavement. Expect short delays on Wyatt Earp due to switching traffic. If at all possible, use alternate routes during this time.
Once the traffic is on the new pavement, the contractor will start removing pavement on the south side of Wyatt Earp. Access will be maintained to all businesses on both sides of the street.
Temporary drives will be constructed for the businesses on the south side as was done for the businesses on the north side.
As always, please be attentive while you are in the construction zone and obey all signs and barricades. Please also obey the construction zone speed limit for your safety and the safety of the construction workers.
