Joe has been with Southwest Plains since July of 2000.  He travels across Kansas and into surrounding states providing a variety of services to students, teachers, administrators and parents on bullying, cyberbullying, character education and many other issues facing our children today.  Joe’s passion is connecting with students and helping them to face and pass the difficult challenges they encounter while growing up.  He works with students from kindergarten through high school.
Mr. Coles has developed several programs aimed at helping students meet their potential and stand strong against negative forces.  Some of his accomplishments include:  hosting an annual Student Universal which is planned by his Student Advisory Council comprised of about 25 area high school students and CLASS leadership programs hosted within districts designed to help teens recognize and embrace their leadership responsibilities and abilities.
