    "You don't have to have some sort of standing to make a request," said Assistant Attorney General Michael Smith. "Just make a request."
    Smith and three other experts on the Kansas Open Meetings and Open Records Acts visited Dodge City Community College Tuesday morning to let the public know their rights.
