For the past three years, the All 4 Fun family entertainment center has struggled to make ends meet.
Financial data shows that All 4 Fun generated $104,033 in revenues in 2007, its first year as a city-owned venue, according to information from City Hall. Revenues rose to $113,209 in 2008 and to $116,924 this year.
