    Reginald Dean "Reggie" Shank, 59, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at his home in Hugoton.
    He was born July 11, 1950, to Henry and Julia Beavers Shank at Liberal.
    He served his country in the United States Navy.
    He was an iron worker in construction.
    Survivors include his son, Kenneth Shank and wife, Julie, Hugoton; his mother, Julia Faye Shank, Hugoton; three brothers, Randy Shank, Colorado Springs, Colo., Lamont Shank and wife, Cindi, Sedalia, Mo., and Stacy Shank and wife, Velvet, Zebulon, N.C.; four sisters, Glenda Shank, Hugoton, LaNelda George and husband, DeLarry, Liberal, Jenita Hisle, Lake Charles, La., Daira Brower and husband, Rex, Hugoton; and three grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Shank, and his grandmother, Gertrude Leaming.
    The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Church of God, Hugoton, with the Rev. Paul Peachy presiding. Military graveside honors will be at the Hugoton Cemetery, with the Navy Honor Guard presiding.
    Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Paul's Funeral Home, Hugoton.
