    Here are four suggestions:
    1. Dive into summer at the municipal swimming pool at 2101 First Ave. Open swim starts today at 1 p.m. and ends at 5 every day of the week. Before that, swimming lessons are available from 9 to 11:45 a.m. and from 5:45 to 7:15 p.m. Lap swim follows from noon to 1 p.m. and again from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.
Admission for children 5 and under is $1.50, adults get in for $2 and seniors aged 60 and over are admitted for $1. Lap swim is $2.
An adult or guardian who is at least 16 must accompany children under 7 to the pool.
