  • Glenda Kay Town, 64, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, at her home in Dodge City.
        She was born Aug. 10, 1946, at Eureka, to Arley Dee and Beryl Lucille (Harrison) Haga.  On Dec. 25, 1969, she married Jeff Town in Eureka and moved to Dodge City, where they owned and operated the Corral and later Mutt & Jeff’s Bar. She later managed the Airport Restaurant, Kwik Shop and Silver Spur Convention Center.
        Survivors include her husband of more than 40 years; a son, Byron “Dee” Elliott and, wife Staci, Hamilton; two daughters, Kim Sanchez and husband, Alejandro, Belton, Mo., and Debbie Baldwin and husband, Mitchell, Huntsville, Ark.; two brothers, Richard “Whitey” Haga, Eureka, and Raymond “Sonny” Haga and wife Judy, Grayslake, Ill.; four sisters, Ann Jenson, Loveland, Colo., Peggy Jones, Claremore, Okla., Judy McCall, Dodge City, and Carla Randall and husband, Stan, Wellington; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
        She was preceded in death by her parents.
        Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Burkhart-Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City, with the Rev. Dick Robbins presiding.  There will be no public viewing, as cremation has taken place.  Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Burkhart-Ziegler Funeral Chapel.
