Margaret “Bebe” E. Miller, 80, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012 at Trinity Manor in Dodge City.
She was born May 15, 1932 in Wilson, the daughter of Henry, Sr. and Dora Bisterfeld Miller. She was a 1950 graduate of Wilson High School. She attended William Jewell College and the University of Kansas where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She was a writer and had many historical stories and articles published in various publications. A Dodge City resident for the past 20 years, movingfrom Arizona, where she had lived for more than 30 years.
She was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City.
Survivors include a brother, Edwin Miller, Wilson; a sister, Helen Buckley, Dodge City; five nieces, Katie Miller, Marsha Stoppel Morrison, Rita Stoppel Nelson, Allison Borell Ford and Suzanne Miller McGuire; seven nephews, Orlen Borell, Luther Miller, Jan Borell, Joel Borell, Barry Miller, Philip Borell and Adrian Miller; a multitude of grand nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Max.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Henry, Jr., Levi and Orrin Miller and 2 sisters, Velma Borell and Arline Stoppel.
Memorial Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at the Wilson City Cemetery with Rev. Jon Jones officiating. There will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place.
