Earlier this week we asked our Facebook Fans to answer the following question: "Black Friday is one of the biggest shopping days of the year, known for great deals and huge crowds. What are you doing on Black Friday?" Here are the responses we've received.
Brooke Lientz Stevens: "Working til 3 a.m. then sleeping most of the day!"
Sandra Smith: "I will be looking for a smart TV."
Stacy Salem: "Staying home and putting up Christmas decorations!"
Kyle Jeffrey Hager: "Sleeping in, then enjoying the day with the family."
Jennifer Mettlen Nolan: "Shop local and handmade! 2nd Ave. Art Guild, Carnegie and lots of businesses downtown!"
Andrea Dressler: "I will be sitting at home with my family, putting up the tree and watching lots of family movies, laughing and playing board games while eating leftovers. I will raise my kids to not think getting the best deal is what will make you happy. These are the memories they will cherish."
Dawn Thompson Kazar: "Sleeping in late and staying far away from crowds and crazy shoppers."
Nick Stofferan: "Working at 5:30 a.m."
Rabeca Chavez: "I sure won't be going out to get pushed around at Walmart. People have no respect for each other and act like cave people instead of human beings. It gets way out of hand so I will stay home drink a hot cup of coffee and watch the news."
Linda Deighton Finch: "Staying home."
Laura Smith: "I'm staying away from stores!"
David Bender: "Working two jobs just to pay for rent and food."
Heather Duncan: "Staying away from any store doing Black Friday sales to avoid all the crazy, impatient, rude and pushy people!"
John Black: "Taking the day off to spend it with the family and then back to work to pay for everyone else's free stuff!"
Katrina Moyer: "Working!!"
