The Leavenworth girls’ basketball program is hosting the first annual Young Lady Pioneer Basketball Clinic from 9-11 a.m. Saturday inside the auxiliary gym at Leavenworth High School.
The clinic will introduce young ladies ages kindergarten to sixth grade to Lady Pioneer basketball. The cost is $10 per person.
The program includes two basketball sessions where participants will learn the basic fundamentals of the sport.
Besides receiving a T-shirt and basketball, attendees will be admitted to all home Lady Pioneer basketball games this season if they wear their T-shirts.
The girls will sit in a reserved section during the contests.
