Fernando Neave Payne, 18, 4-day sentence, 3-day sentence.
Pedro Guzman-Oliveros, 47, criminal damage to property.
Noemi Armendariz, 18, DUI, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate
