Couple celebrates anniversary

Gene and Linda (Konrade) Powell, of Minneola, Kan., were married on Jan. 29, 1973 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Offerle, Kan.

They are blessed with three daughters: Candace and Brock Lang, Cody and Justin Shelor from Minnoela, and Caty and Josh Prather from Bucklin.

They also have six grandchildren: Levi and Cash Lang, Baily, Quenter and Braegen Shelor, and Max Prather.
