Culver celebrates birthday

Wanda Culver will be celebrating her 90th birthday with a reception on Saturday, Feb. 9. The come-and-go reception will be from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Boot Hill Bed and Breakfast at 603 W. Spruce St. No gifts please, just your presence in helping her celebrate.
