The Dodge City High School bowling teams conducted a triangular Thursday afternoon at Spare Tyme Bowl against Great Bend and Goddard Eisenhower.
The Red Demons finished third in their match with a final score of 2,785. Dodge City bowled a 2,268 series and followed that with a 517 in the three Bakers' format games.
Dylan Woods led the way for the Red Demons with a 633 series, bowling 221 in the first game, 200 in the second and 212 in the third. Daniel Calvin also bowled a 200 game (201 in the first) on the way to a 551 series, followed by Kaden Herbert (530), Jaden Fleener (518), Colt Woods (459) and Dalton Krayenhagan (406).
Great Bend finished with a 3,141 final score (638 in the Bakers' rounds) after the series and Baker's rounds; while Eisenhower finished at 3,037 (519 in the three Baker games).
Great Bend's Eric Ruiz had the top score of the boys triangular with a 662, followed by teammate Dakota Conaway (658) and Eisenhower's Zach Bohanan (649).
The Lady Demons finished with a series and Baker's score of 2,037 (371 in the Baker games). Ashley Hewes led the team with a 444 series, followed by Amanda Simmons (440), Katlyn Tabor (401), Andrea Enciso (361), Cecilia Wiser (272) and Ana Barbara Hernandez (231).
Great Bend won the triangular with a combined score of 2,375 (473 in the Bakers') and Eisenhower was second at 2,320 (423 in the Baker format). Brooke Gile of Eisenhower had the girls top series of the day with a 542, with Great Bend's Kelli Kirmer (497) and Addie Soukup (492) coming in second and third, respectively.
Dodge City's next action will be a Western Athletic Conference dual at Liberal, starting at 3 p.m.
