  • 1) Tell me a little about your job as a personal trainer.
    Personal training is a lot like being a teacher. The components of it are instruction or health and nutrition varying from exercise technique to what to eat for dinner. The most effective way to accomplish this is to find the person's strengths and weaknesses in the physical body as well as how they eat.
