Delfina Quinonez, 87, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013 at her home in Dodge City. She was born November 2, 1926 at Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico, the daughter of Victor Urbina and Maria Reyes. A Dodge City resident since 1979, moving from Mexico, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City. She married Jesus Quinonez at Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico. He preceded her in death. Survivors include 11 children, Lorenzo Quinonez, Victor Quinonez and wife Elida, Guadalupe Quinonez and wife Maria Elena, Bertha DeLuna and husband Luis, Maria D. Torres and husband Andres, Hortencia Miramontes and husband Carlos, Maria S. Barboza and husband Patricio, Fernando Quinonez, Teresa Diazdeleon and husband Juan, Santiago Quinonez and wife Nohemi and Jose Luis Quinonez and wife Maria; 68 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; and 30 great-great-grandchildren. Vigil service will be 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013 at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City, with Fr. Ted A. Skalsky presiding. Friends may call from noon to 7 p.m. Monday at Ziegler Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City. Condolences may be sent to www.zieglerfuneralchapel.com.
