It’s that time of year again to gather as a community in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. True to Dodge City tradition, a parade is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. at the Civic center ending at Wright Park, Sunday, May 5th.
Upon arrival, Wright Park will be set up with a variety of activities and with 15 food vendors to provide a diversified selection of food.
Activities include, a live band, king and queen pageant, dancing horses, jumpers provided by YMCA, dance contest, D&J carnival, helicopter rides, live Dj by Q97 and a beer garden open from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
