Central Station Bar & Grill, also known as the 'official after-party' for Dodge City Day's is stepping up their entertainment each year to bring Dodge City locals and visitors fun performances to enjoy.
Scheduled to perform this year is John Michael Montgomery, set to take the stage tonight at 11:30 p.m. following a performance by Kansas Country Artist, Jake Gill.
According to biography information sent to the Globe by Montgomery's Public Relations, Misty N. Hurt, John Michael's career took-off when song, "Life's A Dance" turned him from an unknown artist into a national star.
Michael is responsible for love songs that have helped set the standard for a generation with songs like "I Swear," "I Love the Way You Love Me" and "I Can Love You Like That".
John Michael received the CMA Horizon award and was named ACM'S Top New Vocalist, setting off a long series of awards that included the CMA's Single and Song of the Year, Billboard's Top Country Artist, and a Grammy nomination.
Those planning to attend can purchase a ticket at Central Station Bar & Grill, 207 E Wyatt Earp Blvd, the cost will be $20 with a pin and $25 without a pin.
