  • The Dodge City Convention and Visitors Bureau is pleased to announce free admissions to a customer service training presentation that will address overcoming communication and language barriers, how to interact and sell your product, coping with difficult customers, and more!
    This presentation is a  Phase II to the training that was conducted last year by the same person,  Jan Stevens, Director of the Dodge City Convention and Visitors Bureau comments,  if you went to last years program, and liked it, you will find that this presentation will give you a bit more meat on the bone, and if you didn't make it to last years presentation, you won't be lost, you will gain a much deeper understanding of how to deal with your customers and their needs.
