  • Dodge City residents in stabbing incident arrested

  • On Sept. 24, 2013 at the approximate time of 10:08 a.m. Officers from the Dodge City
    Police Department arrested the following subject at 704 5th on a warrant issued from the Ford County District Court. The arrest is in regards to the stabbing that occurred in the area of 132 1/2 West Market on Sept. 20, 2013.

  • On Sept. 24, 2013 at the approximate time of 10:08 a.m. Officers from the Dodge City
    Police Department arrested the following subject at 704 5th on a warrant issued from the Ford County District Court.  The arrest is in regards to the stabbing that occurred in the area of 132 1/2 West Market on Sept. 20, 2013.
    Jerry Dean Allen a 49 year old Dodge City resident.  
    The warrant alleges the following crimes:
     - Attempted second degree murder
     - Liability for crimes of another
     - Aggravated robbery
    At this time Allen is being held at the Ford County Detention Center.
    As a reminder all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
    On Sept. 25, 2013 the Dodge City Police Department received information that a wanted
    subject out of Ford County was hiding at a residence in Madera County California.  The
    Madera County Sheriff Department conducted surveillance on the residence and observed the subject leave in a vehicle.  They attempted to stop the vehicle and a pursuit started
    for a short distance.  The subject then fled on foot and a foot pursuit started.  The subject was captured by the Madera County Sheriffs Department.  The subject listed below
    was arrested on a warrant issued out of the Ford County District Court.  The arrest is in
    regards to the stabbing that occurred in the area of 132 West Market on Sept. 20, 2013
    Paul Clingham a 41 year old Dodge City resident.  
    The warrant alleges the following crimes:
     - Attempted second degree murder
     - Aggravated robbery
     - Disorderly conduct
    At this time Clingham is being held at the Madera County Sheriff Department Detention
    Center. As a reminder all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
