Dodge City Daily Globe - Dodge City, KS
I am a person who finds it special that God speaks to me and humbling to think that God might use me to speak to others.
What a relief!

Scripture:    Exodus (NIV) 4:29  Moses and Aaron brought together all the elders of the Israelites, 30 and Aaron told them everything the LORD had said to Moses.  He also performed the signs before the people, 31 and they believed.  And when they heard that the LORD was concerned about them and had seen their misery, they bowed down and worshiped.
Observation:   The people were relieved to know that God had seen their trouble and was concerned.  God was aware of their trouble.  God was not only aware, He was concerned.  It was important to Him.  Nothing had yet been done to free them from their bondage, but just knowing that God was concerned caused them to bow down and worship.
Application:   I know God is omniscient (all knowing) so he is aware of my problems.  I know that is truth.  But there are those times when He reassures me that He knows.  He is concerned and is going to do something about those problems.  What a relief it is to be assured that God is aware and concerned.
Prayer:   Lord, I sing with relief, “I cast all my cares upon you.  I lay all of my burdens down at your feet.  And anytime I don’t know what to do, I just cast all my cares upon you.”    Amen
