Helean to celebrate 80th

Come help Phyllis Jean Helean celebrate her 80th birthday on Saturday, Nov. 22.  There will be a come and go reception to be held in the Community Room at the Manor of the Plains in Dodge City, 200 Campus Drive, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.  The reception is being hosted by her children and their spouses, Tracie and Alvin Hearne, Hays, Kathie and Dwight Tully, Salina, Mike and Doris Helean of San Antonio, Texas, and Susan and Mike Otterstein, Dodge City.
