David Rebein and Shane Bangerter, partners in the Dodge City-based law firm Rebein Bangerter, P.A. have been selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2009 edition of The Best Lawyers in America and the 2008 publication of Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers, according to a press release.
Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers conduct considerable polling and peer review evaluation efforts, detailed with a research process that evaluates each candidate based on professional achievement, the statement said.
Best Lawyers bases its listings on a peer-review survey that is based on 1.8 million confidential evaluations by the top attorneys in the country. Super Lawyers uses a similar method of evaluation and selects the top 5 percent of the lawyers in Missouri and Kansas for recognition.
