Two college faculty members awarded tenure

    The Faculty Association of Dodge City Community College would like to congratulate Dylan Faullin, instructor of Mathematics; and Margarie Yaroslaski, assistant professor of Speech for being awarded tenure that will take effect in the fall of 2008.
    The award of tenure by Dodge City Community College is recognition of the merit of a faculty member and that they will meet the long-term staffing needs of their department or academic program and the college. The continued professional growth and development of faculty is necessary for Dodge City Community College to continue to provide educational programs in accordance with the college’s mission, goals, and the changing needs of the institution. Tenure is awarded to those members of the faculty who have exhibited professional excellence and outstanding abilities that demonstrate that their future services and performances justify academic tenure.
