DAVENPORT, FLA. —

The Dodge City Community College Conquistador women's golf team palced 11th in a rain-shortened NJCAA National Championship Tournament Thursday at Davenport, Fla.'s Prividence Golf Club.
The event had to be moved from Daytona, Fla.'s LPGA International course and shortened to one day and 18 holes after strong rains this week across the state.
Dodge City's Emma Cutmore ended the day with a second-team All-American nod after pacing the Conqs with a 76 in the stroke play event. The Conqs shot a 348 as a team.
Randee Stegman played Prividence in 83 strokes, while Kristin Ronnebaum shot a 92. Redlands (Okla.) CC won the championship and were the only team to break 300, going low for a 297 at nationals.
Daytona (Fla.) CC placed second overall with a 312.
