DODGE CITY —

    Dodge City Community College didn't experience much growth over the past couple of years.
    In fact, the school shrunk.
    Enrollment declined in spite of the college's high-quality programs, good job placement rate, excellent four-year transfer record and very low tuition.
    Like every other college in the nation, DCCC officials conducted its fall head count last month — and this year, they were in for a surprise.
    Enrollment was up. Way up.
