Doussa family selected as hosts for YFU International Student

    The Chris and Kathy Doussa family of Spearville, is welcoming a new "son" for the 20008 Academic Year, Marvin Karrasch, a youth for understanding USA (YFU) student from Germany.  Marvin will be a student at Spearville High School in Spearville.
     As a member of the Doussa family, Marvin will participate in all family activities, from vacations to household chores, and he will learn about U.S. culture while sharing the culture of Germany with his host family and schoolmates.
    Over 2000 U.S. families open their homes and hearts to YFU international students each year.  Today, Youth For Understanding is one of the world's oldest, largest, and most respected international exchange programs.  Since 1951, YFU offices around the world have exchanged approximately 20Doussa family selected as hosts for YFU International Student
