Townsend - Olivarez

Janelle Wheeler Townsend and Joseph Olivarez are finally getting married in a small, intimate ceremony on the Oregon coast.
    Also joining them in becoming a family will be Taylor, Landon, and Kendall Townsend.
    After the wedding they will continue to make their home together in Newburg, Ore., greatly rejoicing in having one place instead of two.
    The couple met in 1972 while attending  Dodge City Junior High School.  Their first class together was Mr. Reichenborn's history class.
    Their first date was at the mall on April 2, 1973 where they attended the movie, Red Sky at Morning.
    The wedding is being planned for July 11, 2009 Newport, Ore.  There will be a brief ceremony at 5 p.m. followed by a casual dinner, music and merriment.
