Gary and Kim Walker, Hutchinson, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kelsi Walker to Luke Newton, son of Tom and Pam Pyle, Dodge City and Charley Newton, Dodge City. Grandparents of the couple are Shirley Newton, Dodge City; Robert Pyle, Ashland; Patty and Jay Dean Spencer, Hutchinson; the late Gene and Dee Caryle, Dodge City; Fred Elder, Wichita. The bride to be is a graduate of Buhler High School and Hutchinson Community College and is currently the assistant manager of The Buckle at Towne East, Wichita. The prospective groom is a graduate of Dodge City High School, Dodge City Community College and Hutchinson Community College Fire and EMT program. The wedding is planned for Aug. 15, 2009 at 4 p.m. at the Grand Prairie Hotel, Hutchinson.
