Opie and Monica Astorga of Dodge City are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Brianna Astorga, to Jamie Day. Jamie is the son of Roger and Cindy Day, also of Dodge City.
Brianna is a 2003 graduate of Dodge City High School and is working on her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences at Fort Hays State University. While attending school, Brianna is working at The Home Depot of Hays.
Jamie is a 2003 graduate of Dodge City High School and a 2007 graduate of Fort Hays State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is currently a manger of Hertz Local Edition in Hays.
The couple is planning an Aug. 16 wedding at the First Presbyterian Church in Dodge City.
