Rick and Tammy Konecny and in honor of the late Joe Frank, of Dodge City, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Nicole Frank, to Kevin Ivan Freeman, son of Carma Freeman, Lawton, Okla., and Roger Freeman, Chapman.
Lindsey and Kevin live in St. Kitts, West Indies, where Lindsey attends Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Lindsey graduated from Cimarron High School in 2002, and Kevin graduated from Chapman High School in 2003. They both attended Kansas State University, where Lindsey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in animal science. Before moving to St. Kitts, Lindsey worked for Konza Veterinary Clinic and Kevin worked for Flint Hills Beverage in Manhattan.
The couple will marry on April 30 at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Dodge City, with Father Ted Stoecklein officiating.
