Reed-Evans

    Jeff and Vicki Reed, Montezuma, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Reed to Scott Evans, Bucklin.  Scott is the son of Ron and Elaine Evans of Bucklin.
    Grandparents of the bride to be are Vic and Louise Thomas, Montezuma and Al and Dorothy Reed of Mesa, Ariz.  Grandmother of the groom to be is Bea Evans, Bucklin.
    Megan is a 2003 graduate of South Gray High School and a 2007 graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in social science and pre-law.  Megan is currently attending the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas to attain her degree in certified shorthand reporter.  She is currently employed by Thomas and Reed Farms, Inc., Montezuma.
    Scott is a 2000 graduate of Bucklin High School and a 2003 Graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural business.  Scott is currently employed by East Kansas Chemical of Kingsdown as a Dekalb seed salesman.
    A Dec. 6, 2008 wedding is planned in Dodge City at the First United Methodist Church.  The couple plans to reside  in Bucklin.
