The cast and crew of Dodge City High School's upcoming musical production are hard at work — really hard at work.
Every year, once the New Year's hats and noisemakers are put away, rehearsals begin for the show, scheduled for the first weekend in February. With a combination of after-school and evening rehearsals during the week, set building all day Saturday, then dance sessions and rehearsals with the orchestra on Sunday, preparing for the production can almost be the equivalent of a full-time job.
All those hours of preparation are building toward opening night Feb. 4. For the full story, go to dodgecitydailyglobe.ks.newsmemory.com.
