  Just as show business is a combination of the artistic and the corporate, the term "dinner theater" demonstrates the importance of food to the Depot Theater Company's operations.
    Chef James Pahl, who helped create a new dining experience at the Dodge House Hotel over the past few months, is creating another venture a little farther east on Wyatt Earp Boulevard.
    Pahl has created Santa Fe Trail Catering and has a contract to supply the meals for Depot shows and special events.
    The company's fall run of "Jekyll and Hyde" provides Pahl his first opportunity to settle into the new routine.
