College choirs, symphony open the fall concert season

    October is National Arts and Humanities Month, coordinated by Americans for the Arts. It's the largest annual celebration of the arts and humanities in the nation and brings thousands of arts and humanities organizations across America together to recognize the importance of arts and culture in our daily lives.
    If you like to start the party early, Dodge City Community College's choral and symphony departments offer the perfect opportunity.
    The first concert of the fall season is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. today at the Little Theater on the Dodge City Community College campus.
