Miller - Hurst

    Jim and Judy Miller, Burnsville, Minn., are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Beth Miller, to Justin Hurst, son of Jerry and Kay Hurst, Dodge City.              Grandparents of the couple are Clarence and Elizabeth Ferguson, Burnsville, Minn; the late VG and Dolly Hurst; the late LeRoy and Lorene McPheter; and the late Harry and Monica Miller.
    The future bride has a B.S. in business administration from Winona State University, Winona, Minn., and an M.A. in organizational management from Concordia University, St. Paul, Minn. She is currently employed by the South Carolina Department of Revenue as a revenue officer.
    The prospective groom is a 1999 graduate of Dodge City High School and the U.S. Air Force Academy with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He is currently a first lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force.
    The wedding is planned for 5 p.m. Aug. 29 at Mary Mother of the Church, Burnsville, Minn.
