Art to be displayed in Cimarron library

The Plein Air Painters of Southwest Kansas are having an art display at the Cimarron City Library, Cimarron. The show will be open to the public Oct. 6 to Oct. 31. The Plein air group attended a workshop in June 2007 and now meet monthly to sketch, paint and take photos of all parts of southwest Kansas. Artists showing their work are from Cimarron, Copeland, Dighton, Garden City and Ulysses.
