Dodge City police seek help in theft of welding equipment

Dodge City —

    The Dodge City Police Department is asking for help in solving the theft of a trailer loaded with welding equipment that was stolen from 11162 E. Kliesen St.
    The crime occurred between 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 13 and  7 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, according to a press release from the police department.
    Police Lt. Craig Mellecker said the equipment, including a welder and several torch cylinders, was worth between $4,500 and $6,000.
