When: 5 p.m. today at Dodge City's City Hall, 806 N. Second Ave. The regular city commission meeting will follow at 7 p.m.
The Ford County Commission will also discuss the plan during its regular meeting, set for 8:30 a.m. in the Ford County Government Center.
