Construction equipment excavates earth Wednesday morning at the future site of the Western State Bank, 2121 N. 14th Ave. When completed, the building will be a 4,900-square-foot full-service bank complete with a drive-through, night deposit and safe deposit boxes. The project is scheduled to be completed in May 2009.
