Multiple children were passengers in Monday afternoon's injury accident on Highway 50 near 112 Road.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 1999 Chevy Suburban was driving eastbound on Highway 50 when a 1999 Ford Windstar attempted to make a left turn on 112 Road causing the suburban to run into the van.
The driver of the Suburban was Chelsea Bradfield, 33, out of Wright. Her vehicle was occupied by Grace Sommerville, 8, Colten Rogers, 6, Adelynn Bradfield, 2 and Naely Urias, 13.
All of the occupants of the Suburban were wearing their safety restraints and were taken to Western Plains Medical Complex.
The driver of the van was Alejandrina Tagle, 41, from Dodge City.
Her vehicle was occupied by Litzy Martinez, 16, Adolfo A Vega, 12, Manuel Adame-Tagle, 7, Alex Vega, 14, Angelica Adame, 10, Matthew De La Torre-Hernandez, 6 and Alexis Vega, 10.
All occupants of the van were wearing their safety restraints and were taken to Western Plains Medical Complex.
