The Kansas Junior Golf Association held it's final state qualifying tournament on Tuesday at Smoky Hill Country Club in Hays. The golfers were competing to qualify to represent the the Western Section in the state tournament which is being hosted by Mariah Hills Golf Course from July 24-26.  

Aidan Robinson, Cooper Scheck, Ethan Goertzen and Matthew Vogel were the golfers who qualified.

Below are the scores from Dodge City golfers from the Hays tournament:

11 and under age division:

12-13 age division:

Mariah Hills will also play host to a state qualifying tournament for the Kansas Amateur Golf Tournament today. 27 golfers will compete and 10 will qualify. Matthew Vogel, Dylan Ratts, Scott Abel, Andrew Goetz, Witchayapat Sinsrang, Cole Christian, Nick Kagy and Mason LeGrange will be golfers from the area that will be competing.
