Jeffery James Allen, 34, was arrested on Nov. 24 and faces several felony charges including aggravated kidnapping.

"We have several cases regarding stalking on Allen," Ford County Attorney Kevin Salzman said. "The incident regarding the alleged kidnapping occurred near Longhorn Park, the pull off near the airport on Nov. 23 at approximately 6:30 p.m.

"He was then arrested on Nov. 24."

According to Salzman, aggravated kidnapping is a severity level 1 felony with a low end possible sentencing of 147 months in the Kansas Department of Corrections and 653 months as the maximum based on criminal history.

Allen was also charged with stalking, violation of protection order, aggravated battery and criminal threat.

The penalty for stalking is a severity level 5 felony with a low end sentence of 31 months in DOC and 136 months maximum sentence.
