Grab the kids this Saturday for the Community Easter Egg Hunt that will be held at St. Mary's Soccer Complex starting at 11 a.m.

"There will be close to 6,000 eggs," said Ladies Community Outreach advisor Dan Reichenborn said, who is hosting the event. "The eggs will be filled with candy for all the kids."

The age range for the hunt will be for ages 5 and under and 5 and over up to fifth grade.

"We will also be giving away four bicycles," Reichenborn said. "It will be two bicycles per age group."

Ladies Community Outreach has hosted a community egg hunt in the past. They are a volunteer group of middle school and high school girls that have been in the community for more than 24 years.

"We currently have 50 girls in the program," Reichenborn said. "If any girls want to volunteer they are more than welcome to give me a call."

To volunteer as part of the Ladies Community Outreach, contact Reichenborn at 620-253-5907.

"We do have some college girls with us but middle school and high school girls are our age groups," he said.
