Three men have been arrested regarding an incident that took place in the 1300 block of 5th Avenue in Dodge City.

According to Assistant Ford County Attorney James Cruz, Miguel Godoy-Suarez,33, Juan Murillo, 29 and Erick Granados, 36 have been charged with allegedly committing five felonies.

All three men have been charged with aggravated robbery, which is a severity level 3 person felony, and is punishable by between 55 and 247 months in prison and a fine of up to $300,000; kidnapping, which is a severity level 3 person felony, and is punishable by between 55 and 247 months in prison and a fine of up to $300,000; aggravated burglary, which is a severity level 4 person felony, and is punishable by between 38 and 172 months in prison and a fine of up to $300,000; aggravated assault, which is a severity level 7 person felony, and is punishable by between 11 and 34 months in prison and a fine of up to $100,000 and theft, which is a severity level 9 nonperson felony, punishable by between five and 17 months in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

According to the Dodge City Police Department, on Oct. 30 around 11:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a home invasion that had taken place.

On Nov. 2, officers located the alleged suspects vehicles and issued arrest warrants.

On Nov. 5, Murillo and Granados were arrested without incident and Godoy-Suarez, was arrested on Nov. 6.

The DCPD wants to remind the public that all three individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
