Recycle artist teachers kids about keeping earth healthy

Students in a dozen schools in Dodge City, Minneola and Spearville are currently enjoying an assembly program entitled 'The Magic of Recycling,' thanks to a Green Schools grant from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and Keep Dodge City Beautiful.
  The program, which incorporates magic tricks and audience participation, is designed to teach stu­dents in grade K-5 about the importance of recycling and waste management.
  The presentations began May 11 and will continue through May 25, reaching nearly 1,500 local ctudents.
  The program is presented by TimWenk Magic.
