  Who is the single most important person involved in your health care? It’s not your doctor, nurse or a hospital staff person: It’s you.
    The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality is the section of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services charged with improving the quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of health care for all Americans.       AHRQ has recently launched a public education campaign called “Questions are the Answer.”
     The campaign is designed to assist health care consumers know what questions to ask in different health decision situations.
    The Web site www.ahrq.gov has many practical tools to assist with forming a list that will be pertinent to your individual circumstance and diagnosis.
