The Greensburg City Council is back to the drawing board when it comes to a design for a new Big Well Museum.
The council has rejected a bid and design from the Kansas city-based architectural firm BNIM for a museum to showcase the town's main tourist draw. The bid was more than $300,000 over the budgeted $3 million for the museum.
The council was scheduled to consider at its Tuesday meeting whether to retrain BNIM or choose another firm to design the museum.
